Refund policy

All Sales Final — No Returns  
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:  
•  Loose leaf tea & herbal blends — Vemara tins, Viridis Ritualis, Folia Alba, Terra et Fungus, chai, etc.  
•  Spiritual bath teas — Balneum Rosae, Caeruleum Somnium, salt blends  
•  Opened consumables — Food safety + ritual integrity reasons  
•  Tarot readings — Services rendered at time of booking  
•  Custom blends + event tickets — Made/held specifically for you  

This protects the freshness, sanctity, and safety of our apothecary goods for all Cassio customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.  

You have 72 hours from delivery to contact us.  
Email SipCassio@aol.com or DM @sipcassio with:  
1.  Order #  
2.  Photo of damage/item  
3.  Brief description  

We’ll replace the item or issue store credit once verified. Must be reported within 72 hours — no exceptions.  

No Refunds  
We do not offer cash refunds. Resolved issues are handled via replacement or store credit only.  

Cancellations  
•  Product orders: Cancel within 2 hours of purchase for store credit. After that, orders are packed + cannot be canceled.  
•  Tarot readings: Reschedule 24+ hours before your slot. No-shows + late cancellations forfeit the booking.  

In-Store Purchases  
All in-store Cassio purchases are final. Please check your items before leaving the shop.
