Processing Time  
All Vemara tea tins, spiritual bath blends, and apothecary goods are hand-packed with intention.  
Orders ship within 3-4 business days of purchase.  

You’ll get a tracking email once your ritual leaves Cassio. Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship the following Monday.

United States  
•  USPS Ground Advantage: — 3-5 business days after shipment  
•  USPS Priority Mail: — 2-3 business days after shipment  
•  Free shipping on orders $75+ — automatic at checkout  

Local Catonsville 21228  
•  Free local pickup at Cassio — Ready in 24 hours. We’ll email you when your order is blessed + bagged.  

What We Ship  
We ship all sealed Vemara tea blends, spiritual bath teas, and dry goods.  
We cannot ship opened tins, custom blends with fresh ingredients, or prepared drinks.  

Delays + Issues  
Tea is weather-sensitive. During extreme heat or winter storms, we may hold shipments to protect quality. We’ll email you if there’s a delay.  

Lost or damaged packages: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos at hello@cassio.teatarot. We’ll file a claim and replace or credit per our Refund Policy.  

International  
Not available yet. Cassio is focusing on U.S. rituals first. → your altar, safely.
